Hello all, today we learn about conditional
sentence, did you know what is the conditional sentence mean? Oke if you don’t
understand what it’s conditional sentence let’s see i will try to explain about
the conditional sentence. Oke we review when we study Indonesian language we
know we learn about causal relationship or we call it hubungan sebab akibat,
there’s no big different from Indonesian language theory, conditional sentence
there is combined two sentence , first part sentence tell about the reason something
happen and the second sentence it’s about the consequence from the first part
sentence and the rule of conditional sentence it’s starting with if
(subordinate conjunction).
We have 4 type of condional sentence we can use :
there it’s type 1, type 2, type 3 and the last type 0 where it’s different?
Let’s we see the structure of conditional sentence for type 1,2,3,and 0
Type 0 : if + simple present, simple present
Type 1 : if + simple present, will + bare infinitive
Type 2 : if + simple past, would/could/might + bare
infinitive
Type 3 : if + past perfect, would/should/could/might
have + past participle
We can see a different between the structure for any
type, i will give example to make you understand what i mean J
type 0 : if you study hard today, it’s become
usefull for your future
Type 0 conditional sentence it’s usually we use for
scientific fact, that about fact statement
Type 1 : if i meet her, i will introduce to you
Type 1 conditional sentence it’s usually for
something it’s maybe could happen statement
Type 2 : if you leave me alone, i would cry all day
Type 2 conditional sentence it’s usually for
someting it’s most like impossible statement
Type 3 : if you can life alone, i would have to
given you place to stay
Type 3 conditional sentence it’s usually for
something impossible statement
